Linchpin discussion for pages 49-100

After reading your responses to Godin's brief chapter on making yourself impossibly good at your job, I saw several traits emerging that you believed were vital to becoming impossibly good.  So I decided to ask several people about their thoughts on the matter.

First, take a look at these characteristics that many of you suggested would make you impossibly good at your job :

Positivity
Life Long Learner
Passion
Team Work
Content knowledge
Leadership

Now, in the comments section below, rank those six traits from 1-6. Obviously, the trait you think is the most important would be 1 and the trait the least important would be 6.

    I think the importance of each trait might differ depending on the profession or the job which the hiring is being done for. You need all of these traits in order to be successful, and they go hand in hand with each other, but if I have to rank them in a general context I would say:

    1. Passion
    2. Content knowledge
    3. Positivity
    4. Leadership
    5.Life long learner
    6. Teamwork
